Love pecans, I bet you can tell by my main blog’s picture. Right now is harvest season. My husband has been working so hard. Today I’m roasting some pecans with fresh rosemary. They are super delicious. They are great snack or even you can add them to your salads. Can’t wait for my husband to come home and try them!
ROSEMARY ROASTED PECANS
1 Cup of Pecans
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Chop the rosemary leaves finely.
In a bowl, toss the pecans with the olive oil until they are all covered with the oil so the rosemary stick to the pecan. Then add the rosemary and the salt. Toss the pecans again and spread them on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Great snack! Or add them to your green salad!
