This quick wrap is ready in no time, it can be very helpful in a busy day and you can prepare it ahead of time. I chose ingredients that I really like and all the combination came out delicious. It is light, healthy and feels so fresh!
Serve it with a simple garden salad, I just threw different baby lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. A drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
TURKEY BREAST AVOCADO WRAP
Makes 1 Wrap
Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat tortilla
1 Garlic & Herb spreadable Cheese (I used The Laughing Cow light)
4 Slices of Turkey Breast
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Avocado
Bunch of fresh Basil leaves
Procedure
- Spread the cheese over the tortilla. Make sure you leave 1/4 of the tortilla without any ingredients so you can be able to roll it
- Layer the turkey breast
- Layer the red bell pepper
- Layer the avocado
- Finlay, layer the basil leaves
- Roll the wrap starting form the edge that has all the ingredients and finishing with the empty side
- Wrap the “wrap” with plastic food wrap! To many wraps! Haha
- Keep it in the fridge until you are ready to eat it
- Serve it with a simple garden salad

The tortilla is used just like the rice paper in Viet Nam. Love to see fast but healthy food like this 🙂
