Dry Rub Pork Ribs

Slow cooker is the best! This ribs are delicious and so easy to cook. Marinate them over night, and the next morning all you have to do is brown them, put them in the slow cooker and it does everything for you. I really like the process of slow cooking, it lets flavors penetrate deep into the meat, the meat remains juicy and it becomes so tender. Delicious! This time I prepared them with paprika to give them a spicy flavor and served them with some beans, some slices of avocado and a cauliflower “stake” (Stay tuned for that recipe too!).

1 Package of 9-10 pork ribs

4 Tablespoon Paprika

2 Tablespoon Oregano

2 Tablespoon Whole Cumin

2 Tablespoon Dry Chieves

1 Teaspoon Organic Seasoning salt free

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Mix all the spices in a bowl

  • Put ribs in a plastic zip-lick bag, add the spice mix
  • Shake and make sure the ribs are covered on all sides with the spice mix

  • Keep them in the fridge overnight
  • Over high heat, heat olive oil and brown the ribs on all sides. About 1 minute on each side)

  • Arrange browned ribs in slow cooker

  • Cook on medium-high for 6 hours

  • Enjoy!!
