My philosophy

I believe that cooking is the reflection of the cook and that attitudes and emotions are another ingredient to the recipe. Love can be tasted in a dish no matter how simple or complicated. The love for my family has driven my cooking towards the healthy, real, fresh, and delicious foods. I like to experiment with flavors, try different cooking techniques, mix different cuisines, and relax the norms.

In my kitchen there are no rules. Recipes are meant to be a guide, not set in stone. I encourage you to make my recipes your own by mixing, changing, adding, substituting, and eliminating ingredients or altering the methods and procedures. So don’t worry if you are missing something in a recipe. Use your imagination, experiment, and more importantly have fun!
