Baked Tilapia

Just a 5 ingredient recipe. If you are following a low-fat, low-carb or paleo diet, this meets the requirement. So give it a try!

BAKED TILAPIA WITH SOY SAUCE

Ingredients

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Serves 6

6 Tilapia fish filets

6 Scallion

2 Tablespoon Olive oil

1/3 Cup low sodium soy sauce

Juice of 2 limes

 

Procedure

  • Pre-heat oven to 350º F
  • Thinly slice scallions

  • Put the sliced scallions in a bowl, add lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce and let it rest for about 15-30 minutes

  • Lay fish on a Pyrex
  • Top with the marinated scallion

  • Cover with a tin foil
  • Bake for 15 minutes (for the thawed fish)
