BAKED TILAPIA WITH SOY SAUCE
Ingredients
Serves 6
6 Tilapia fish filets
6 Scallion
2 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/3 Cup low sodium soy sauce
Juice of 2 limes
Procedure
- Pre-heat oven to 350º F
- Thinly slice scallions
- Put the sliced scallions in a bowl, add lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce and let it rest for about 15-30 minutes
- Lay fish on a Pyrex
- Top with the marinated scallion
- Cover with a tin foil
- Bake for 15 minutes (for the thawed fish)
- Serve immediately
