Smoked Salmon Rolls

This is a very simple recipe, yet full of flavour and I belive it looks very elegant. In case you want to impress someone! I had it as a main course, but half the portion can be served as an appetizer or even as finger food if you make the rolls smaller.

SMOKED SALMON ROLLS

Ingredients

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Makes 2 rolls

2 Oz smoked Salmon

1 Oz Brie cheese

1/2 Avocado

Juice of half a lime

Dill

 

Directions

  • Lay the smoked salmon slices on a flat surface
  • Smash the avocado
  • Add the lime juice to the avocado and season with salt

  • Spread the avocado on the salmon slices
  • Put a thin slice of Brie cheese in the center of the salmon slices

  • Roll
  • Sprinkle with dill
  • Done! Enjoy!

  1. A long, long time ago my husband became spoiled when a friend brought fresh smoked salmon back from Alaska. I haven’t been able to get him to try salmon since. I am going to make this and see what happens.
