This is a very simple recipe, yet full of flavour and I belive it looks very elegant. In case you want to impress someone! I had it as a main course, but half the portion can be served as an appetizer or even as finger food if you make the rolls smaller.

SMOKED SALMON ROLLS
Makes 2 rolls
2 Oz smoked Salmon
1 Oz Brie cheese
Juice of half a lime
- Lay the smoked salmon slices on a flat surface
- Smash the avocado
- Add the lime juice to the avocado and season with salt
- Spread the avocado on the salmon slices
- Put a thin slice of Brie cheese in the center of the salmon slices
- Sprinkle with dill
- Done! Enjoy!
